1. Corporate Strategist
The ideal candidate will need to master the following:
- Conducting Market intelligence (Market research and Benchmarks)
- Developing 5 years strategic, business and operational plans
- Mastering of the Porter’s 5 Forces, SWOT analysis, Value Chain development and the Balanced Score Cards.
- Establishment of Corporate, Business and Operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
and CFSs (Critical Success Factors).
2. Organizational Designer
The ideal candidate will need to master the following:
- Development of Business Model
- Development of Organizational Structure: including Org Charts,
Corporate Governance, Authority Matrix
- Compensation Structure: Salaries, Grades, Bonus Schemes and ESOPs.
- Job Descriptions: including Roles & Responsibilities
- Career development plans: including career path, training and performance management.
3. Financial Advisory
The ideal candidate will need to master the following:
- Candidates with experience of corporate finance and transaction services.
- Main role would be to carry out assignments involving valuation, due diligence, feasibility studies.
- Preparing business plans, developing financial models, preparing private placement memorandums and prospectus, raising debt/equity and mergers and acquisitions.
4. Business Advisory/Consulting
The ideal candidate will need to master the following:
- Candidates with experience of carrying out consulting assignments in organization development, policies/procedures.
- Human capital, performance improvement, finance transformation, revenue enhancement, cost reduction, restructuring etc.
N.B.
Candidates should
come out of a big 4 firm or a large consulting firm such as McKenzie,
Roland Berger, CRA International, PWC, KMPG, Deloitte & Touche, Mercer,
Accenture, Cap Gemini, Booz Allen, A.T Kearney etc.
